Itinerary
Day 1: Pickup and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Upon arrival in Kigali, you will be welcomed by a Verdant Safaris company representative who will transfer you to Volcanoes National Park. The drive is approximately 2 hours from the city, a briefing will be conducted by the park ranger prior to your hiking activity, you will hike for about 6hours to reach the campsite where you will have dinner and stay overnight.
Day 2: Reach the Summit and Descend
Following an early morning breakfast at the campsite, you will continue to hike up to summit, passing through angelic vegetative covers. The plant life in this zone is a whole life time experience. Later we will descend the volcano and transfer to Kigali for our departure flight back home.
